วันที่ 23 เมษายน 2567 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหง คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ กิจกรรมที่ 2 การพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้บริหารและบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนเพื่อพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศพร้อมด้วย ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน เข้าร่วมโครงการ ณ โรงแรมดารา จังหวัดภูเก็ตเพื่อถอดบทเรียนจากการศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ณ คณะการบริการและการท่องเที่ยว มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต และบริษัท บ้านบัวโฮมเซอร์วิส จำกัด

The Capacity Development Project for Personnel of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Activity 2: Enhancing the Potential of Executives and Support Staff to Develop the Organization toward Excellence.

On 23 April 2024, Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University, presided over the opening ceremony of the Capacity Development Project for Personnel of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Activity 2: Enhancing the Potential of Executives and Support Staff to Develop the Organization toward Excellence. The project was attended by administrators and support staff at Dara Hotel, Phuket Province.

The activity also included a study visit and knowledge exchange session at the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism, Prince of Songkhla University, Phuket Campus, and Baan Bua Home Service Co., Ltd., in order to reflect on lessons learned and share best practices for organizational development.
