คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการการพัฒนาบุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุน ภายใต้กิจกรรม “การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรเพื่อพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ” ระหว่างวันที่ 6–8 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ โรงแรมเดอะ บีชฟรอนท์ โฮเทล ตำบลราไวย์ อำเภอเมืองภูเก็ต จังหวัดภูเก็ต
พิธีเปิดโครงการได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหง คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธี ระหว่างเวลา 10.00–11.00 น. พร้อมกล่าวให้โอวาทและแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรเพื่อยกระดับองค์กร
ภายในโครงการมีกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมและการพัฒนาทักษะรอบด้าน โดยในวันแรกจัดกิจกรรมละลายพฤติกรรม (Team Building) ที่มุ่งเน้นการวางแผน การเรียนรู้จากการทดลอง และการทำงานร่วมกัน ผ่านการค้นหาศักยภาพและจุดแข็งของแต่ละบุคคล เพื่อเสริมสร้างการทำงานเป็นทีมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีวิทยากร ได้แก่

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองการทำงานแบบเปิดใจ และ Workshop การจัดการความขัดแย้งในทีม เพื่อเปลี่ยนความท้าทายให้เป็นพลังสร้างสรรค์ในองค์กร
ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 7 พฤษภาคม 2569 เป็นการบรรยายและฝึกปฏิบัติด้านการใช้เครื่องมือเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานในองค์กร โดย

Workshop on Personnel Development for Academic and Support Staff
Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University organized a
“Workshop on Personnel Development for Academic and Support Staff” under the activity
“Personnel Potential Development for Organizational Excellence” during 6–8 May 2026 at the
Beachfront Hotel, Rawai Subdistrict, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket Province.
The opening ceremony was honored by Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of the
Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, who presided over the ceremony from 10.00 a.m. to
11.00 a.m. and delivered an opening speech together with guidelines for personnel capacity
development to enhance organizational excellence.
The project featured a variety of activities focusing on participation and holistic skill
development. On the first day, a team building activity was organized, emphasizing planning,
experiential learning, and collaborative work through discovering individual potential and
strengths in order to strengthen effective teamwork.
The guest speakers included:
- Assistant Professor Dr. Wittawat Khunnu
- Mr. Pongthep Kaewsathian
In addition, there were open-minded discussion activities for exchanging perspectives on
workplace practices, as well as a workshop on conflict management within teams to transform
challenges into creative energy in the organization.
On Thursday, 7 May 2026, lectures and hands-on training sessions on tools to enhance
organizational work efficiency were conducted by: - Assistant Professor Dr. Wittawat Khunnu
- Assistant Professor Dr. Thuwaphon Thongintrach
There was also a lecture on the topic “Finding Purpose in Work to Build Intrinsic Motivation”
presented by: - Assistant Professor Natdanai Payakpun
- Assistant Professor Ayab Sadadkhan
Furthermore, participants received updates on skills, knowledge, and modern workplace trends
to keep pace with evolving technology and contemporary organizational culture. The sessions
were conducted by: - Dr. Jitraporn Chutong
- Dr. Anrampa Thongphut
- Mr. Posatorn Suksen
