มนุษยศาสตร์ฯ มรภ.สุราษฎร์ฯ ร่วมกับชุมชนบึงขุนทะเล จัดโครงการ Upskills/Reskills นำเครื่องมือวิศวกรสังคมสร้างโมเดลนวัตกรรมแก้ปัญหาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน
คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยฝ่ายพัฒนานักศึกษา ร่วมกับศูนย์บริการวิชาการท้องถิ่นและเครือข่ายชุมชน จัดโครงการ Upskills/Reskills ให้แก่นักศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน ในหัวข้อ “โมเดลนวัตกรรมเพื่อแก้ปัญหาชุมชน” เมื่อวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้บึงขุนทะเล โดยได้รับความร่วมมืออย่างดียิ่งจากกลุ่มประมงพื้นบ้านเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์บึงขุนทะเล และได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหง คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการ
การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้เพื่อยกระดับทักษะและเสริมสร้างกระบวนการคิดวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบให้แก่นักศึกษา โดยมีนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน พร้อมด้วยนักศึกษาต้นแบบที่ผ่านการอบรมกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคม เข้าร่วมลงพื้นที่ปฏิบัติจริงในศูนย์การเรียนรู้บึงขุนทะเล เพื่อนำเครื่องมือวิศวกรสังคมมาใช้วิเคราะห์โจทย์ ความต้องการ และปัญหาของท้องถิ่น นำไปสู่การออกแบบโมเดลนวัตกรรมที่สามารถตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาชุมชนได้อย่างตรงจุด
สำหรับกิจกรรมภายในโครงการ นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และลงมือปฏิบัติจริงผ่านกระบวนการทำไทม์ไลน์การผลิตและการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารท้องถิ่น โดยมีวิทยากรและปราชญ์ชาวบ้านในชุมชนร่วมถ่ายทอดความรู้ ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และเทคนิคการแปรรูปอย่างใกล้ชิด ซึ่งนอกจากจะช่วยให้นักศึกษาเข้าใจบริบทของพื้นที่และกระบวนการทำงานร่วมกับชุมชนแล้ว ยังเป็นการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการนำทักษะวิศวกรสังคมไปต่อยอดสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม เพื่อร่วมขับเคลื่อนและพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานรากของชุมชนบึงขุนทะเลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและยั่งยืนต่อไป
HUSO SRU Collaborates with Bueng Khun Thale Community to Organize an Upskilling/Reskilling Project Using Social Engineer Tools to Develop Sustainable Community Innovation Models
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University (SRU), through its Student Development Division, in collaboration with the Local Academic Service Center and community networks, organized an Upskilling/Reskilling Project for students using a sustainable Social Engineer process under the theme “Innovation Models for Community Problem Solving.” The project was held on 21 August 2026 at the Bueng Khun Thale Learning Center.
The project received strong support from the Bueng Khun Thale Community-Based Fisheries for Ecotourism Group and was honored by Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, who presided over the opening ceremony.
The project aimed to enhance students’ skills and strengthen their ability to engage in systematic analytical thinking. Students from the Community Development Program, together with student leaders who had previously undergone Social Engineer training, participated in hands-on fieldwork at the Bueng Khun Thale Learning Center. They applied Social Engineer tools to analyze local issues, community needs, and problems, leading to the design of innovative models that directly address community development needs.
As part of the project, students gained practical experience through the development of a production and processing timeline for local food products. Community experts and local wisdom practitioners played an important role in sharing their knowledge, local wisdom, and food-processing techniques with the students. In addition to helping students better understand the local context and develop skills for working collaboratively with communities, the activities inspired them to apply their Social Engineer skills to create innovative solutions that can contribute to the strengthening of the local economy of the Bueng Khun Thale community in a tangible and sustainable manner
