โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพทางวิชาการแก่นักศึกษาหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรบัณฑิต วันที่ 22 สิงหาคม 2568 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหงคณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานีเป็นประธานเปิดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพทางวิชาการแก่นักศึกษาหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรบัณฑิตคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี ณ ห้องประชุมราชพฤกษ์ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์กิจกรรมที่ 1 อบรมกฎหมายปกครองขั้นพื้นฐานสำหรับนักบริหารภาครัฐเมื่อ การบรรยายพิเศษหัวข้อ “การดำเนินคดีปกครองและงานระบบคดีปกครองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Litigation)” “กฎหมายปกครองขั้นพื้นฐานสำหรับนักบริหารภาครัฐ”โดย นายเอกวิทย์ ชูทองเจ้าหน้าที่ศาลปกครองชำนาญการพิเศษรักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มงานบริหารทั่วไปสำนักงานศาลปกครองภูเก็ต สรุปการบรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สิทธิพันธ์ พูนเอียดอาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้น การเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านกฎหมายปกครอง พัฒนาทักษะและความสามารถเชิงวิชาชีพด้านการบริหารภาครัฐ ให้นักศึกษาสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ได้จริงในอนาคต

Academic Capacity Development Program for Bachelor of Public Administration Students, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

An Academic Capacity Development Program for the undergraduate students of the Public Administration Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University, was held on August 22, 2025. The opening ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, at Ratchaphruek Conference Room, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Suratthani Rajabhat University.

Activity 1: Basic Administrative Law Training for Public Administrators included a special lecture on “Administrative Litigation and the Electronic Litigation System (E-Litigation)” under the topic “Basic Administrative Law for Public Administrators.” The lecture was delivered by Mr. Eakwit Chutong, Senior Professional Legal Officer, Acting Director of the General Administration Division, Phuket Administrative Court Office.

The summary of the lecture and knowledge exchange session was conducted by Assistant Professor Sittipan Pooniad, lecturer of the Public Administration Program.

This activity aimed to strengthen students’ knowledge and understanding of administrative law, enhance their professional skills in public administration, and enable them to apply these competencies effectively in their future careers.
