โครงการปฐมนิเทศเตรียมฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพการพัฒนาชุมชนในองค์กรของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน

วันที่ 7 พฤศจิกายน 2566ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ธาตรี คำแหง คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการและให้โอวาทแก่นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่3 ในโครงการปฐมนิเทศเตรียมฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพการพัฒนาชุมชนในองค์กรของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแนะแนวหลักในการปฏิบัติตนของการเตรียมฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพในองค์กร แนะนำการดำเนินกิจกรรมแนะแนวปฏิบัติตามคู่มือเตรียมฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ และแนวทางปฏิบัติในการประเมินการเตรียมฝึก ระเบียบในการลากิจ ลาป่วย และการชดเชยเวลาในการฝึก นักศึกษาจะได้เรียนรู้และฝึกประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานพัฒนาชุมชนในองค์กรภาครัฐ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น องค์กรพัฒนาเอกชน และพื้นที่ชุมชนต่อไป

Orientation Program for Community Development Students Preparing for Professional Internship Experience in Organizations.

On November 7, 2023, Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered an orientation speech to third-year students participating in the Orientation Program for Community Development Students Preparing for Professional Internship Experience in Organizations, organized by the Community Development Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

The project aimed to provide guidance on appropriate conduct and preparation for professional internship experiences in organizations, introduce operational guidelines according to the internship preparation handbook, and explain evaluation procedures, leave regulations, sick leave policies, and internship hour compensation procedures.

Through this program, students will gain knowledge and practical experience in community development work within government agencies, local administrative organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and community areas in the future.
