พบปะและกล่าวต้อนรับนักศึกษาใหม่ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ในกิจกรรมการอบรม “วิศวกรสังคม” เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ เตรียมความพร้อม และปลูกฝังแนวคิดการเรียนรู้สู่การเป็นนักศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ

ภายในกิจกรรม อธิการบดีได้แนะนำแนวคิดและเครื่องมือของ “วิศวกรสังคม” ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการสำคัญในการพัฒนานักศึกษาให้รู้จักคิด วิเคราะห์ เข้าใจชุมชน เรียนรู้การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และสามารถอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมได้อย่างสร้างสรรค์

🌟 แก่นสำคัญของการเป็น “วิศวกรสังคม”
เมื่อพูดคุยกับนักศึกษา ได้เน้นย้ำถึงทักษะและกระบวนการสำคัญ 4 ประการ ได้แก่

🧠 ทักษะการคิดเชิงเหตุผล
วิเคราะห์ปัญหาด้วยข้อมูลจริงอย่างเป็นระบบ มองเห็นสาเหตุของปัญหา และนำไปสู่การแก้ไขอย่างเหมาะสม

🗣️ ทักษะการสื่อสาร
ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ พูดคุย รับฟัง และสื่อสารกับคนในชุมชนอย่างเข้าใจ เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือและความไว้วางใจ

🤝 ทักษะการทำงานร่วมกัน
เรียนรู้การประสานงานกับเพื่อนต่างสาขา บุคลากร และคนในพื้นที่ เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนงานให้เกิดผลสำเร็จ

💡 ทักษะการสร้างนวัตกรรม
คิดค้นแนวทางหรือวิธีการใหม่ ๆ ในการแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน

🎤 บรรยากาศภายในหอประชุมเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่น สนุกสนาน และเปี่ยมด้วยพลัง เมื่ออธิการบดีได้ร่วมขับร้อง “เพลงวิศวกรสังคม” ร่วมกับบุคลากร เจ้าหน้าที่ และนักศึกษาใหม่ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ก่อเกิดเป็นพลังแห่งความสามัคคีของชาว มรส. ที่ดังกังวานไปทั่วหอประชุม

💙 เสียงเพลงวิศวกรสังคม เสียงปรบมือ และรอยยิ้มของนักศึกษาใหม่ สะท้อนถึงความภาคภูมิใจในการก้าวเข้าสู่รั้วมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี พร้อมเริ่มต้นเส้นทางแห่งการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาตนเอง และการเป็นบัณฑิตที่มีจิตสำนึกต่อสังคม

🌟 กิจกรรมดังกล่าวนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างอัตลักษณ์นักศึกษาราชภัฏ ให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถ มีทักษะการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และพร้อมเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นและสังคมต่อไป

SRU President Meets First-Year Students at the “Social Engineer” Training Program

Empowering Learning and Inspiring Rajabhat Students to Serve Society

Assistant Professor Dr. Wattana Rattanaprom, President of Suratthani Rajabhat University, met and warmly welcomed first-year students participating in the “Social Engineer” training program. The activity was organized to inspire students, prepare them for university life, and cultivate the mindset needed to become quality graduates and responsible members of society.

During the session, the President introduced the concepts and tools of the “Social Engineer” approach, an important framework for developing students’ abilities to think critically, analyze situations, understand community contexts, collaborate effectively with others, and contribute constructively to society.

Core Competencies of a Social Engineer

In his address to the students, the President emphasized four essential competencies that every social engineer should develop:

Rational Thinking Skills

The ability to analyze problems systematically using factual information, identify root causes, and develop appropriate solutions.

Communication Skills

The ability to share knowledge, listen attentively, and communicate effectively with community members in order to build cooperation and trust.

Collaboration Skills

The ability to work with peers from diverse disciplines, university personnel, and local communities to achieve common goals.

Innovation Skills

The ability to create new ideas and innovative approaches to solving problems and promoting sustainable community and social development.

The atmosphere in the auditorium was filled with warmth, enthusiasm, and positive energy. One of the highlights of the event was when the President joined faculty members, staff, and first-year students in singing the “Social Engineer Song,” creating a memorable moment of unity and pride among the SRU community.

The song, accompanied by applause and the smiles of new students, reflected their excitement and pride in becoming part of Suratthani Rajabhat University. It marked the beginning of their journey of learning, self-development, and commitment to becoming socially responsible graduates.

Representing the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Assistant Professor Thatri Khamhaeng, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, together with faculty personnel and staff members, participated in the event to warmly welcome and encourage the new students.

This activity represents another important step in strengthening the identity of Rajabhat students by equipping them with knowledge, practical skills, collaborative abilities, and a strong sense of social responsibility, enabling them to become key contributors to local and community development in the future
